Welcome to our dedicated Customer Support Portal!
This portal centralises all communications with our technical team. Here, you can register for an account, submit new requests, track their progress in real time, and access your complete ticket history.
This documentation provides a step-by-step guide to using the platform, covering how to set up your account, raise a request, view support responses, and update your informations.
Step 1: Logging In / Creating an Account
Go to the website https://support.passman.fr/hc/en-150
- In the top right-hand corner, click on "Sing in” to log in or create an account
If you already have an account, enter your email and password to log in. If not, click "Sign up” to create a new account.
Upon registration, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the address you provided to verify your account creation.
Step 2: Creating a New Ticket
In the top right-hand corner, click on "Submit a request”.
For the "You are:” field, please select your profile:
- If you are a direct Passman client and possess a client code, select "A Passman customer"
- If you use Passman solutions but are not a direct client, select "A user of Passman Solutions”
Next, fill in the required information across the form fields.
Finally, click "Submit” to send your request and successfully log the ticket with our support team.
Step 3: Ticket Tracking
To monitor your tickets, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select "Requests”.
Here, you can view, track, and update the tickets you have raised, as well as those opened by your organisation.
By clicking on any individual ticket row, you can access the complete history of associated exchanges. Within this view, you can easily add comments, upload attachments, or provide further clarifications to the assigned support agent.
Managing multiple sites
If you have multiple sites under contract with Passman, you can access tickets for all of your sites from a single account.
If this access has not yet been enabled, simply contact your usual Passman representative (Sales Representative or Account Manager). We will then grant the necessary permissions.
